Science is awesome!
We've started this blog as a way to share ideas for fun and practical science activities that can be done in school classrooms. I favour group work, measuring, designing and creating as well as critical thinking, so most of the worksheets and teaching notes in the PDF resources follow this theme.
In terms of pedagogy, we are working with CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning)
in English. We try to test all of the ideas we publish here and we aim to use the minimum of equipment and materials to keep the activities affordable.
We welcome other teachers or schools (preferably in Madrid) who would like to share their ideas and experiences here. Alternatively, if you need help
with planning or writing an activity, please feel free to contact us.
